- Huang can be found in the eastern portion of Hishahn, a city you’ll visit a few hours into the campaign. There, you’ll also meet Carrie, who unlocks the fast travel mechanic.
- Talk to Huang and tell him that you like fishing, and he’ll give you a Bamboo Rod.
- Now that you have a fishing rod, you can use various fishing spots denoted by a rod icon.
