Xbox Game Pass Ultimate recently saw a price hike to $17/month, but it’s still one of the best deals in gaming. That’s even more true right now, as you can snag a three-month membership for just $40 at Amazon (versus $51 when paying month-by-month). If you’re looking for a cheap way to get your hands on Starfield next month, this might be your best bet.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: 3-Month Membership
$40 (was $45)
Buying this membership through Amazon will get you a digital code that can be redeemed for three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. That includes access to an ever-growing library of games for Xbox, PC, and mobile, along with a Gold and EA Play membership.
If you only play on PC, a similar deal is available for PC Game Pass, which is now just $24 (down from $30).
Keep in mind that these deals are only available to customers in the United States and codes can’t be returned or refunded after purchase. This code can, however, be used to extend existing memberships.
Microsoft raised the price of Xbox Game Pass subscriptions by a few bucks earlier this year, but there’s no doubt it’s still a great deal (especially when it’s available at a discount). The number of games available on the platform is staggering, with hits like Minecraft, GTA V, Halo Infinite, and Sea of Thieves playable with a subscription. You also get access to all first-party Microsoft games, such as Starfield, on launch day.
So if you’re having trouble finding a game to sink your teeth into, consider picking up a three-month membership while it’s on sale to try out hundreds of new adventures. And when Starfield drops later this year, you’ll have access to that, too.
